I still haven't figured out exactly what portion of that clip was apparently sampled from a video game.

Here is my guess:

Correct.

The vocal bits aren't the part to be listening to. The 'clunk' is the grenade launcher being fired and the 'uuahh' is the being hurt noise. There's the sound of a rail gun firing in there too, but its hard to pick out.

That was a little Hellfish and Producer for you. I have another song in mind with video game samples for later which will of course be electronic music as well.
