Echoes (PC freeware)

Anyway play Echoes? It's a PC freeware game. It's one of those neat asteroids clones, in this case one that also allegedly shares some features with Geometry Wars.

What I really like is the mouse control (I move with mouse and shoot with WASD most of the time).

Anyway, if you play this game, I want to ask: are you able to unlock the Zoot of get to X score without moving?

So after you guys have a go at it, let me know how good you are and if possible hints at unlocking some Zoots - there are some that I just can't imagine how to do it.

For example, getting to 500k without getting hit on hard: I can see how to do it, I just am not good enough.
Getting to 175k without moving: I'm not even sure I see how to do it on Normal (Easy I can imagine), much less Hard.

I've been playing this once a day. I still suck bad but I love it. Right now my best is 480k on normal.

Looks cool! Kindof like Geometry wars. It's too bad there aren't more remakes of classic vectors games with trippy graphics. I'd love playing...well, I can't really think of anything other than tempest and asteroids, but I'd love more!

How do you guys play this game, as in, what control scheme do you use? I've tried a few different methods and I think mouse and mouse work best...tho my scores don't show that...Fun game!
