Which games are worth $1?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Thats a pretty good deal but you can leave out the sports titles unless you really want them. You should see if he will take a lower price for the lot with system like $50.

I would buy that right now if I was you. Just think of a list of things that you can buy for dollar.
Nes games are not on that list.

Jack Nicklaus golf - pass

Strider - great game

who framed roger rabbit - sucks

bad dudes - You get a hamburger for saving the president. Awesome!

ninja turtles (3 of them but I think they may be different games) - mostly sucks

smash - unless it's smash tv, I never heard of it.

mario bros/ duck hunt (2) - classics

The guardian legend - This game is superb.

Baseball - sorta sucks. I would only want it for nostalgia sake.

Heavy Barrel - really simple, ok game.

Wrestle mania - sucks

Alien Syndrome - bad port, but ok.

Demon sword - kicks ass.

Starship hector - meh.

The simpsons - sucks

Castle of dragon - crap

world cup - dunno.

tecmo bowl (2) - Still one of my favorite football game series

karnov - ok game. Terrible ending.

wheel of fortune - they're all the same.

win, lose, or draw - meh.

journey to silus - one of my favorites on the nes

contra - classic

metal gear - humble beginnings of the series. Not great, but definitely good. Hilarious engrish.

battletoads - One of the best on the NES

slalom - pretty lame. I think it was a launch game, so it was ok back then, but it doesn't hold up over time.

DinoRiki - ok, but I could never get into Hudson Soft games for some reason. I hate their graphical style.

Wizards&Warriors - used to love it, but in retrospect, it's not that great.

Super mario bros/ duck hunt/ world track meet - Classics plus a power pad game.

Iron sword - Fabio's on the cover. It's worth a buck just for that.

tag team wrestling - bad.

The legend of zelda - classic

Double dragon II the revenge - great beat em up. Best in the series.

Burger time - old school. Basic, but still fun.

Life force - One of the best old school shmups.

Pro wrestling - Sort of set the standard for button mashing wrestling. Chomping heads with the amazon never gets old and Ryu Hayabusa's back brain kick is super satisfying.

Galaga - old school classic.

Defender II - pretty decent old school game.

Bases loaded II second season - Great baseball games in their day.

Cabal - Fun arcade style shooter that laid the groundwork for Nam on the NeoGeo

Blaster master - Another personal favorite. Excellent game.

P.O.W. Prisoners of war - I think I figured out you could beat this game just by holding up and continuing to fire. Sucks.

xenophobe - I liked the arcade version, but this one felt lame.

Zelda II The adventure of link - The worst of the Zelda's before the Phillips CD-i came out. But hey, it's Zelda and it's not a bad game overall.

Tetris - Classic

Super C - Classic. Still play.

Rad racer - Great for its day. Outdated now.

Jump on this deal before we all leap through the interwebs and strangle you.

And yes give him a call, not just to make sure you complete the sale, but to make sure you are at the right place at the right time in case you get lost on the way to his place or the pick up/trade point.

I'll register my disagreement with all of these. I've had a lot of fun with all of these games, except Bases Loaded II, which was a notable step down from the first. I'd still buy it for a dollar, though.

Nice find. I pose the question: What game isn't worth $1? Hell, even the worst games in that list could be bundled up and sold to some old school fan...or used in some mad scientist project?

Hope you get everything without a hassle!
