Im 50/50 on it. I dont mind dying aslong as there is a decent autosave system in place. Though making the game unbeatable is something that is unacceptable.

For those who want more Broken Sword action. The fan made Broken Sword 2.5 recently received an multilanguage patch and now supports English. Ive yet to play it but many people who have say the story is as good as the retail releases.

Also I HIGHLY suggest getting the third title (the Sleeping Dragon) on a console or via Good Old Games. The retail release for PC features StarForce (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/StarForce) which many people, myself included, have witnessed awful things happening because of games with it installed. I installed XIII on a very healthy machine and within a week it was unsalvageable - many different virii and eventually the harddrive gave out.

it's in a glitch in the GBA version. It happens if you go to Spain BEFORE you've gone to Syria. If you do that, then Syria never shows up on the map so you cannot proceed. Game over.

How did you manage to do it, if you knew about the glitch?

That sucks, devs need to have there shit tested more thoroughly.

cuz the countries aren't labeled. They're just dots on the map. You have to hit B to bring up the name of the country. But I hit A instead. Which makes you enter that country.

Got the PC version, just downloaded ScummVM for PC and PSP so I can play home and continue on the go. The compressed videos, audio and subs are all on the ScummVM site. This game looks amazing, lots of detail. Looks better on the small psp screen than on my 24" lcd, but the filters help a lot and don't see much slowdown on my old spec machine. Tried it on ScummVM for the Wii but got annoying fast not using a mouse.
Consoles: NES, Famicom, SNES, GC, GB DMG, GB Pocket, GBC, GBA, DSI XL, N64, VBoy, NDS, 3DSXL, Wii, SMS, GEN+CD+32X, GG, SAT, DC, WS, WS Color, NGPC, XBOX, 360, PS1, PSone, PS2, PSP, PS3, 3DO, CD-I, NGCD, Actionmax, TG16+CD, TE, PCE-DUO, Odyssey2, Playdia, 2600, Lynx & JAG.

I had the same thought when I put Monkey Island on PSP. It looked so much better somehow.
