In case anyone wants to hear me pretend I know something about indie games :D

Actually, guesting on this show was a lot of fun. I got to talk about games I enjoy, and Kurt as always dispenses his gaming wisdom. Kudos to the host (Adam) for doing a good job as well!

Anyway, Rockin' Android (http://www.rockinandroid.com/) is a little indie company that specializes in importing and localizing Japanese doujinsoft games - they are definitely worth a look, especially for shmup fans...

Hey Adam - no problem, it was a lot of fun! Since you made an account here, you should make a post asking about doujinsoft games that people enjoy...I think you'll find there are plenty of people on the forums who are much more knowledgeable than me.

btw skygunner was made by PixelArts. it basically did that game and after that i believe it dissolved... its a shame too because i could of seen them doing a lot of great games.

FYI, Kurt listed out most of the games we discussed:

It's funny to hear myself bleeped for saying "fuck" in the podcast. I've never been censored before.

I forgot to mention how awesome this was! I really enjoyed hearing everyone's perspective on indie games, and it was nice to be introduced to some games I had never heard of.
