She talks like a high school freshman cheerleader. I only got about 1/3rd into the video before I had to shut it off and vomit on the computer screen. Her ONLY redeeming factor is that she's kind of cute (hmmmm... I have a suspicion as to how she got her job).
Ha, I actually wrote an e-mail to the author this morning. Here's what it said:
You forgot to include the iPhone! I've had to replace dozens of them because I can't change the batteries. I get a new one, like, every other day. It's SO frustrating!

Oh my god! That was painful and horrible. I don't know if she is just pretending to be an annoying paranoid misinformed super cunt or if she really is one.
Well there's a lot of questionable stuff in her whole article, but it does raise some good points, even if poorly. For one it's ridiculous that consumers put up with a huge amount of the things companies do. If something is made well there is no reason to be buying a new one when it breaks instead of fixing it. And that most people buying anything are horribly uninformed.
