Any Wordpress Gurus Here?

I know a lot of the basics, but I'm looking for somebody rather established here that would be interested in making some cash on the side for doing some Wordpress stuff.

In the near future, I'm looking for somebody that can take a custom Wordpress theme that I had developed for another project and made modifications to it based on some Photoshop mockups -- that type of thing.

May also need some small upgrades done here and there.

I work with wordpress daily and am really comfortable in the system. Mostly working on html site to wordpress conversions but also do alot of custom plugins too.
