So, should I sell my Zune?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

If you're playing it out of your zune and listening to it over earbuds, you're wasting your space going with lossless formats.

I rip all my stuff in lossless and use my Zune for portable music on the stereo, in the car and all sorts of other stuff so lossless formats really come in handy and sound great on all my equipment.

Also, I can't stand earbuds; I'll use them from time to time but I'm always using quality full ear/noise reduction headphones when I hear my music.
My Consoles:
Genesis - Nomad - SegaCD - GameGear - Sega Saturn - Dreamcast - NES - SNES - N64 - Gamecube - Wii - Playstation - PSone & LCD - PS2 - PS3 - Xbox - 3DS

Again, though, your bottleneck is still the Zune's amp, unless you've modded it to have a true line-out that bypasses the amp. There's not really much point in storing lossless audio if you're going through the Zune amp. Especially if you're playing it over a car stereo.

I say this not as an audiophile, or stereo snob, because I'm not one.

The Zune has a true Line out via it's proprietary Zune USB connector on the bottom which is quite nice, so I'm covered in that situation and have very nice audio when using my Zune dock and dock AV's.
