This one has a left/right hand option, I'm guessing the first didn't but I don't remember.

The only real reason I hated Phantom Hourglass is the stylus-only controls. I've been using a D-pad and buttons to play Zelda since the NES and limiting me to stylus control without the option of switching back (Chrono Trigger DS, anyone?) ruined the experience for me a bit.

So far, I've just assumed that since almost everything about Spirit Tracks looks similar, the control scheme would be the same as well. But does anyone know for sure?

For those southpaws who have played it, how does handedness affect playing the Wii version of Twilight Princess?

I'm probably just going to play the Gamecube version, since I vastly prefer a left-handed Link, but I thought I would ask.

I played both versions of Twilight Princess and swinging with either my left or right hand did not change the game that much. The only thing I couldnt get to work well was the shield bash (shove joystick hand), left or right handed it typically didnt work.

Control scheme is very similar. One thing they changed was the roll. Now instead of doing 2 circles near the edge of the screen you just tap it twice.

Oh and fastbilly, as was mentioned above me there is an option at the start of the game for whether you are left handed or right handed, though I don't know how it would effect things, it might just change the weapons icon to the top left corner, not sure.

So far the temples are pretty short. I've gotten though the first three temples now. I've been able to get from the first room up until obtaining the boss key in about a 30 minute subway right without getting stuck. Good ideas and still fun, but we'll see how the rest of the difficulty shapes up.

[EDIT]: I should mention though, just like any other Zelda there are a number of things that need to be taken care of between the temples. In the DS games there is the temple that you continually visit to open more of the world, and then there are some additional puzzles in between, i should just note though that the temples have been short so far.

[EDIT 2]: Now in the central temple for the 4th time I have finally gotten "stuck." Its need to see the solutions I've come up with in the last 45 minutes leading me to find all of the difficult items in the room, but not quite yet pass it. Very satisfied.
