What are the light gun games of the PS1, and which are the best in your opinion?
I'm betting Time Crysis had a port for PS...

Here's a list of all of the light gun game for the PS One. The type of gun used is in the brackets.
Area 51 (Justifier)
Crypt Killer (Justifier)
Die Hard Trilogy (Justifier)
Die Hard Trilogy 2: Viva Las Vegas (Justifier/Guncon)
Elemental Gearbolt (Justifier/GunCon)
Ghoul Panic (GunCon)
Gunfighter: The Legend of Jesse James (GunCon)
Judge Dredd (lightgun?)
Lethal Enforcers 1&2 (Justifier)
Maximum Force (Justifier/GunCon)[1]
Moorhuhn series (GunCon)
Point Blank series (GunCon)
Project Horned Owl (Justifier)
Rescue Shot (GunCon)
Resident Evil: Survivor (GunCon)
Revolution X (Justifier)
Time Crisis (GunCon)
Time Crisis: Project Titan (GunCon)
I'd say Die Hard Trilogy, Time Crisis and Point Blank are probably your best bets.

I have a couple of Logic 3 "Predator" guns which work on Saturn and PS1; I'm fairly sure they work with GunCon games, but I'm not so sure about the Justifier ones. Does anyone know for sure?Daniel Primed wrote:Here's a list of all of the light gun game for the PS One. The type of gun used is in the brackets.

which you prefer depends on your style of play. Some of the games are fairly static in their presentation -- like a rail shooter. There's nothing wrong with that, I simply prefer the zany antics and mini-game galore of the Point Blank series, along with Ghoul Panic. Ghoul Panic, to my mind, is one of the prettiest of the bunch, as well.
Thanks for the input guys. For starters I got Time Crisis - subtitle I can't remember now. It's the one that is PS1 exclusive (not the arcade port, I finished TC in the arcade back in the day), hopefully it will be good.
I'll have to check Point Blank, never played it in the arcade as it seemed to be for kids, but I guess I'm wrong on that
