What was the last movie you've seen?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

You are totally setting people up for disappointment when you compare a movie to ROBOCOP.

Watched CLERKS 2 last night, again. Holds up pretty well, and still has some great laughs.

Agreed.

And Ack, there is a hole in our souls. We never got to ride on ROBOCOP THE RIDE!

Going to watch SLAP SHOT again, for the second time this week. Best sports movie ever.

It's ok, we'll just have to watch the television show and dream.

Ya know, I never caught the show, but I do have a run of Marvel's Robocop comic.

Such a timeless movie. My favorite delivery has to be "Bitches, leave". Not my favorute quote, but the delivery is unforgettable.

Yeah, once all my finals and stuff are done with, I think I'm going to sit down and watch it all over again.

Once finals are over (knock 'em dead) you should consider throwing a party based around some of your favorite 80's movies.

I threw a Kurt Russell bash last year that featured Egg Shen Rolls, and some David Lo Mein Pan for Big Trouble in Little China. For ROBOCOP, you could always make mangled sloppy joes or something equally disgusting. Perhaps hot dogs with a hole through them, get creative.

I'm telling you guys, if Gamer was made in the 80s or early 90s, it would be a cult classic today!

BTW, Robocop is one of my favorite movies of all time! I'm actually going over my friend's place tonight to watch it on Blu-ray.

It's not a movie, but I just watched the Monk series finale.

I'm gonna miss the show, Tony Shaloub gave one hell of a performance on the series and I became a fan of it quickly after first seeing it. But, all things must come to an end, so as mysteriously as the show and it's characters came to be they all at least left evolved and changed for the better.

Not a bad finale episode, but looking back on the series and it's legacy afterwords I'm still amazed at how Monk paved the way for the flood of Cable Network series that we have today such as Breaking Bad, Psych and others that proved quality shows didn't have to be on the national networks.
