If the idea of Drum n Bass with actual vocals sounds appealing, check out Kosheen and Breakbeat Era.
Or my favorite, 4 Hero. Especially their album "Two Pages."

Also, what Goldie does with Diane Charlamagne on vocals is incredible.

And anything with Jenna G on vocals

Unfortunately I'm not a fan of most 'diva' vocals, so I don't really care for those. I do like Shirley Bassey singing for the Propellerheads though.

My Top 10 (not in any order):

Radiohead - Kid A *Alienated the fuck out of the people who only really liked Creep and The Bends*

Beck - Sea Change *Some of the most thought-provoking songs that I've ever heard, and from Beck. WTF?*

The Strokes - Is This It *Hasn't aged all that well but it kickstarted the "new garage era." Props for that*

Jay-Z - The Black Album *Blueprint was good, but this album had like a thousand bootlegs and mashups*

VHS or Beta - Night on Fire *Fuck The Killers. This shit is like 10x better than "Hot Fuss"!*

U2 - All That You Can't Leave Behind *Not a huge U2 fan, but this album was epic. A very impressive return to form*

The White Stripes - White Blood Cells *Jack White proves that Rock isn't dead. Makes the guitar sound cool again*

Boards of Canada - The Campfire Headphase *Pure electronic bliss. Richard D. who? Drugs anyone?*

Eels - Blinking Lights and Other Revelations *Everyone's favorite gloomy bastard, E, returns with a fantastic double album recorded in his basement*

Flaming Lips - Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots *Shame on you if you don't own this album*

Honorable Mentions:
Beck - Guero
Sade - Lover's Rock
Daft Punk - Discovery
Beastie Boys - The Mix-Up
Lateduster - Five Easy Pieces
The Avalanches - Since I Left You
The Budos Band - The Budos Band
The Futureheads - The Futureheads
Richie Hawtin - DE9: Closer To The Edit
Justin Timberlake - Future Sex/Love Sounds *I know, I know. Good album though despite "Sexy Back"*
"Welcome to the circus of values!"

Currently Playing: Crysis (360), Destiny demo (PS3), Roadblasters (MAME)

The Shape of Punk to Come by Refused is now 11 years old, so I have no answer.

12. Pavement - Terror Twilight
All three of these are among my favourite albums ever, but none of them were released this decade. :P

At risk of sounding like a p-fork nerd (I swear I'm not!), here's my five favourite, in no order.

No Age - Nouns
Times New Viking - Rip It Off
Dan Deacon - Bromst
Blur - Think Tank
Los Campesinos - Hold On Now, Youngster

And here I thought I could slide Terror Twilight under the radar for being released in '99, but, I thought for sure American Water was an early 2000 release...time flies.

I'll second Think Tank. I actually received a Think Tank t-shirt (album cover) for preordering the double LP.

With all the electronic stuff I listen to, I should like BoC, but I keep trying and there's some little something in there that I just don't like. :(

The Avalanches - Since I Left You
Good stuff for the right mood. I still find it amazing that they cleared all those samples.
