Super Robot Wars - not as good as the SNES ones but still fun.
Bomberman 64 - not the Hudson one that the rest of the world got, they got another, more classic styled one.
Choro Q 64 1&2 - fun little racers.
Fushigi no Dungeon (64) - an rpg.
Kira tto Kaiketsu 64 - wacky party game.
Last Legion UX - mech platformer, not worth more than $20.
Puyo Puyo Sun 64/Puyo Puyo 'N Party & Tetris 64 - no words needed.

64 O Sumo
And there's a Japan only rumble compatible version of Mario 64 called Shindou Super Mario 64. You just know that's gotta rock. They also made a Wave Race 64 like this.
And there's also the JP version of F-Zero X. One of the best racers ever, with a track editor!
