Bout time someone did it, your next shells should go toward the Jonas Brothers
I don't understand why everyone hates on these two so much. I love their music, and they are just as talented/popular now as the Beatles were back in their prime (e.g. Beatlemania). I think it is just immaturity of some music listeners.

There's been such an explosion of new artists and diverse music over the last decade, it's unreal. I hate saying "best", but I have definitely gathered some new favorites in the last ten years.

One that comes to mind immediately is Coheed & Cambria's Good Apollo, I'm Burning Star IV, Volume One: From Fear Through The Eyes of Madness. I've listened to that one countless times.

Also, topic creator mentioned Opeth. I absolutely love Ghost Reveries.

I stand corrected about obvious sarcasm.

No. These actors are not up to the level of the Beatles. The Jonas brothers WISH they were the Beatles, so I'll give them credit for trying at least. At least they write their own music.

Miley Cyrus on the other hand is a complete and total joke.

I wouldn't say either of these groups are even in the sport as the Beatles though. They are not nearly as talented as one of the greatest pop groups of all time. Or as popular. The Beatles have near universal appeal, while both of those groups of specifically marketed towards younger kids.
