Video Game "Want Lists"

Post by Weekend_Warrior »

If you guys are like me, then you probably have Want List's of systems and games that you're hoping to find soon or at some point. What are some of them?

Myself, I would like a 250GB PS3 Slim. That's pretty hot on my radar right now

Also, I'm hoping to find these games in good condition for $20 or less:
Bioshock (360) *Non-Platinum Hits with game case sleeve in nice condition*
Dead or Alive 4 (360) *Non-Platinum Hits*
NHL 09 (360) *Just no scratches - that's all I really care about. I'll pay $20*
Killzone (PS2) *Non-Greatest Hits for $10 or less*
Motorstorm: Artic Edge (PS2) *I don't wanna pay $30 for a PS2 game! Give me at least half price*

So you are asking us to list the games and systems on our want-lists? Excellent!

No one I know really buys me retro games so the only game I might actually receive as a gift this year is Littlebigplanet for the PSP.

That said, I only need a few more Saturn games to round out my collection:

Virtual On
Virtua Fighter 2
Road Rash
Earthworm Jim 2
Bug!
Bug! Too
Clockwork Knight
Clockwork Knight 2
Silhouette Mirage
Shinobi Legions
Princess Crown
Wing Arms
Twin Sticks

Someone should make a game called "sword hands" where you have swords for hands. I expect REPO Man to lead this project.

Surely this character already exists several times over. I can't point to any specific examples but I swear I've seen this in a JRPG a time or two. Perhaps I'm just assuming I have because it's something you'd expect to see.

Well, a guy who meets this description shows up in 300, but that's not a video game. Also, I guess the T-1000 meets this description some of the time. Also, the manga and film character "Dororo" can pull off his prosthetic hands and has swords underneath.

But this guy is going to be totally different because he'll have an attitude and maybe play electric guitar if we can figure out how he can do it with SWORD HANDS!!!!

It has been done. Please see "Werewolf: The Last Warrior" for the NES. Not only is the protagonist a werewolf, but a werewolf with sword hands who literally tears his way out of an NES cartridge...

Also, the game itself is not too bad.

I actually have that game. It gets a lot of crap, but I don't think it's bad, either. But I thought those were just huge steel claws, since they're curved forward and he climbs walls with them.

Oh, yeah, I almost forgot. My guy is so cool that he wears sunglasses ALL THE TIME!!!!!!!!111

Also, Werewolf is not named SWORD HANDS! That's kind of key to the whole thing, so players know what to expect.
