Killzone 2, you use the sixasis to turn nozel, open doors, etc. It works well and is pretty fun.

Flower is a game that ONLY uses sixaxis controls [well, you do use one button as well, but that's it]. It's a very beautiful and relaxing game, and I think it's on sale in PSN right now. I highly recommend the game to anybody with a PS3.

I would say that there's no games that make good use of it unless the game uses it as it's only method of input.

Flow works kinda well, but I would still prefer to use a mouse a la the original flash version. It's kind of laggy and not as instant as the wii remote is. Compare that rubber duck game where you move them around a maze with the sixaxis control to something like Mecury Meltdown on the wii. There's waaaay more nuance in the wii remote than there is the sixaxis, which just goes to show that the motion control was tacked on last minute. Sony didn't have time to perfect it since it wasn't their original intention. Had this lawsuit against Immersion not happened I believe that it would have been a Dual Shock 3 at launch with no sixaxis or anything, since it didn't need to be there to cover up the lack of something else.

The more dev diaries I read the more and more I see "tried to put sixaxis controls in the game, but couldn't find anywhere suitable for them, so it was scrapped"

I think the main issue is the shape of the controller and the way it's held, you can't hold it any other way other than a classic controller, due to ergonomics alone that limits the amount of ways that you can naturally interact with the gyroscopes.

Army of Two makes horrible use of the sixasis controls. You have to use it to control the parachute, I died 3 or 4 times trying it. College Hoops 2K8 also had horrible sixasis controls. You had to use it to shoot free-throws and you couldn't change it to the analog stick like NBA 2K8.

the six axis was nothing more than a gimmick and a feature that failed to try to steal the thunder from the Wii.

the games I've played that used six-axis rather okay-ish are Heavenly Sword (underrated game) and Flower. Others just felt really compelled by Sony to implement them in-game.
