MAG beta codes for PS3 users - I have a lot of them

I just started downloading it. The first download was only 290mb, and then it wanted to patch it of course, which didn't take long for once. And now its downloading more updates clocking in at 1.8gb. And of course its the slowest thing ever.

The MAG beta is kind of disappointing, i dont like the feel of the game

Does it support the 256 player limit or is it bullshit like I suspect it is?

its not bs, i just dont like the game, doesnt feel fun to me, reminds me of a cheap mans Battle Field 2 or something

Yeah I played the game for a while when I got the code (after waiting an absolute fucking age for it to download, thanks PSN!!)

All I have to say is they should rename this game to Massive Waiting Game. Because that's all you do in it.

You try to join a match and it puts you in a queue. Where you have wait for an indefinite amount of time until some arbitrary requirement is filled, I dunno if it's an amount of players total or an amount of players on each faction or something, I have no idea, I seem to get into games at complete random. Most of the time you are waiting up to 20 minutes to get into a game. I put the game on the other day, had time to have a shower, make and eat my breakfest and I was still waiting to get into the game.

I load the game up and lo and behold, it's one of those fucking games where everybody is like level 999999991238 and has the 'instant kill' weapon, and all you have is a pea shooter that can kill nothing, not even when unloading a full clip into them. Fun it is not. Then again, I hated Battlefield 2 for the same reason. Spawn-die-spawn-die-spawn-die rinse and repeat is not fun. Can somebody explain to me what is fun about these kinds of game? Because clearly there is something I'm not getting here given all the rabid fans of this genre.

Sorry, didn't feel my thread was related to the original thread to the point of merging my post into this thread...... but that is because I am seeing it from the point of view of promoting Binge Gamer/Platform Nation and not Eurogamer.net.. so its all good.. Right now though, I think the beta is almost done so it doesn't matter (and for those of you who don't Twitter but PM'd me for a code, I think I got back to all of you).

I still have some codes, so if anyone still wants one just PM me... and I remember to check back tonight, I am just handing them out at this point cause its so close to the end.
