Aren't we like 3 years late on this one?

Do you do most of you gaming on the PC? Do you play wii, ps3, or 360?
I do most of my gaming on PC or PS2. I have played all 3 of the current gen of systems, but I own none of them.

I just noticed that all the games that you were currently playing were PC versions. Is you PC decked out pretty nice?

There are definitely better PCs than mine, but it can handle most any current gen games if I tweak some settings. It's a laptop that I bought at Fry's for about $700. One of the best purchases I've ever made.

My PC sucks, it can barely run City of Heroes. I'm thinking about upgrading the video card and stuff so I can play Oblivion. I want all the mods for it.

PS3...the only thing I miss about an xbox is Panzer Dragoon Orta. I wish that had made it to Dreamcast or PS3.
Ocelot, did it again...sorry Boss !

I bet a good deal of us have relatively decent to good machines...
but maybe not all
mine:
intel i7 940 - 4 multi-threaded cores at 2.93ghz
12 gigs DDR3
Nvidia GeForce 9800 GTX+ (512 megs video ram)
Windows 7 64-bit / Ubuntu 9.10 64-bit / XP triple boot
oodles of storage space, 1.5 Terrabyte RAID 5 network storage, 1 Terrabyte local storage, and another 500 gigs on another computer.

The only way to deactivate the ray beam and fight back the vampire alien threat is with a complicated series of foot patterns on the device's control board that looks remarkably like a DDR pad. We will all praise this man for saving our lives and buy him a mountain of stuffed animals.

Waaahh? Dude I'm pretty sure you do programming and stuff( I really need to check out your website one of these days to see) but do you really need all that memory. Makes me almost ram envy with my piddly 4GB of ram.
Yeah I program (C++, C#, AS3, and Java)
I usually have 2 or 3 virtual machines running at the same time. So a lot of ram is very helpful for that.
Re: Best Next-Gen System
I pretty much posted this elsewheres here but I just bought a new Dell branded comp.
Intel Core i7 860
8GB DDR3 SDRAM
Nvidia Geforce GTS 240
1TB HDD
Windows 7
What have I installed so far? Fallout 1 & 2, Neverwinter Nights, Beneath A Steel Sky, Might & Magic 1-6, Ultima Online. Yes, I could have done this with a ten year old PC. I need to buy a new game to justify my purchase since I do nothing but word processing and video games on my computer for the most part.
