I do not know what you mean about capacitors, but I am 100% I installed it correctly. The only thing is I dont own an official nes power supply( I have a retrobit one). Anyone have problem with these? Im just gonna get a new game tomorrow...

Remember try the different video ports (AV or RF) first to see if there may be an issue with one of them along with the AC.Mr.White555 wrote:I do not know what you mean about capacitors, but I am 100% I installed it correctly. I tried it again finally with a new game and it HAS to be the system. Does anyone know anyway to fix a nes that pixelizes and distorts everything?
At this point I think Im just gonna stop messing with it all together...

If you're sure that the contacts are clean from the cart all the way to the board and its still hosed, its possible that a chip in the system could have been static zapped. But don't toss it if you're giving up if the case is in good shape. There are plenty of working NES in ugly cases missing doors or things that could use a transplant.Mr.White555 wrote:I tried it again finally with a new game and it HAS to be the system.
