Here's the feedback: "Will not work on wii w/out GC remote. Shipping took over 2 weeks."
As specified in the listing, I shipped with media mail which can take 4-11 business days, plus I specified in the listing that it would 2 days to process after the sale...

And of course you need a GC controller!
Is there any way to appeal neutral feedback?
Wow, that's pretty ridiculous.
I don't know about appealing feedback, but I can tell you that the listing still claims you have 100% positive feedback. Clicking on your profile will show the neutral feedback, though it should be clear to anyone buying games from you that the person in question was an idiot.
Do you have the ability to comment on the feedback? I know you can do that for negative feedback but not sure about neutral ones. In that comment, you can put an explanation.

I didn't realize you could do that for ANY feedback. Thanks!
Do you offer the buyer other shipping options? The $4 cap is only saying that you have to offer at least 1 service at that price. You could offer media mail for $4 and then first class and priority for more money. I have found that buyers don't really understand or care about media mail. It pisses enough people off and the service is bad enough that it is worth it to me to take the extra expense of better shipping.
As a buyer I tend to pass on the media mail auctions as well even more so if the price for shipping is the same as a first rate price is on the next auction.
That being said you did specify everything in your auction so you aren't in the wrong. Unfortunately it doesn't really matter if you are right or wrong on ebay if your feedback gets marred up.

Be careful with a reply if you are angry though. It can reflect poorly on you. Also, the buyer can follow up to a reply and put even more disparaging remarks if you piss them off.

the buyer clearly doesn't know anything about video games (and shipping). his/her own comments make him/her looks like a "ahem". point taken.
Yeah, the buyer knows nothing about games. This reminds me of a similar story.
I was checking out all the feedback from a seller who only sells Japanese import games and one of the negative comments said, "I can't understand anything because the game is in Japanese". I checked the listing for it and it was mentioned many times that it was a Japanese version game. Sigh, what's wrong with these people. Not only do they give neutral/negative feedback when the seller doesn't deserve it, but they obviously never attempted to talk to the seller before doing it.
The majority of the time First Class is actually cheaper than Media. Once you hit 8-9 ounces that changes. I am pretty sure the difference is negligible though when shipping a GameCube game, so you might want to make that switch over to First Class to keep those customers happy.
Don't be afraid to block buyers either, I do it all the time. I would rather lose a sale than have to fight over two weeks for less than $10. I had some guy message me about a game earlier today and I banned him simply because he didn't sound like the type of guy I wanted to do business with (really anal).
Lastly, that was a great sale. They must have been pissed off b/c they paid way too much for those sports titles. I am just about speechless, strong, strong auction.
