So what's the key in beating Die Hard Arcade? I keep trying and can't beat it. Is there a good combo I should learn? :D

Yeah, the combo goes "Deep Scan -> Deep Scan -> Deep Scan -> Die Hard Arcade".

it amazes me how so many videogame fans, and fans of particular games, they never complete the game.
It's not to different from RPGs to me. Even though I've enjoyed a lot of them, I've beaten very few. It's just a matter of Marginal Utility - a game may last 80 hours, but only have 10 hours of fun.

I remember playing the hell out of Maximum Carnage on the SNES, but I never could beat it. I have beat Turtles in Time, Alien vs Predator, Simpsons Arcade, and a few others. Beat em' ups are awesome IMO! One of my favorite genres, especially with friends.

Streets of Rage (with a friend)
TMNT: Arcade (NES and MAME)
Captain Commando (MAME)
X-Men (MAME)
The Punisher (MAME)
Knights of the Round (MAME)
and
Ultraverse Prime (SEGA CD)

The only Beat-Em-Up I ever beat on a real arcade cab was Double Dragon. It took lots of quarters, but this was the only thing to do every week when the family would travel to Canada for vacation every summer. We used to stay on a lake it was a fishing vacation and I hated to fish so I would spend all my days at the general store and play Double Dragon and pinball all day.

It's a hard game, haha. Me and my friend can beat the first level without taking a single hit, the second level taking a few hits, but it's the third level where we start dieing. I've gotta start mastering it. I've been playing the game for years and never beat it, kind of embarrassing.
