For what it's worth, I can play this one just fine. I don't have any clue what game it's from, but I can play the file. I'm running XP with Windows Media Player 9.

Yeah, I noted that it works in MP9 for me as well.

Do you have up to date extra codecs installed? Maybe go here and run CCCP, and just skip MPC and VLC if you don't want them?

Correct. It's the music that plays over the end credits after you finish the game. Your pilot gives a thumbs up with a sunset in the background. And for those that never finished it, there are 2 settings below the 'normal' difficulty and the game has a sound test.
