I didn't. I was quoting Johnny 5.

Watched Doomsday today. It was on one of the movie channels and I happened to catch it right as it was starting. I was really surprised with how good it ended up being! Kind of like a mix between Mad Max and 28 Days Later.

Are you kidding? 3D is the new color.
I still haven't seen a 3D film yet (one that uses glasses). I was gonna go see that U2 3D to see how "live" looking it would be. But I kept postponing it and the film stopped showing.

Which one? The good one, with Vincent Price, or the shitty one with Paris Hilton?

I've got the 3D version (VHD rip, converted to anaglyph). For those who don't know, many movies were released on the Japan-exclusive VHD format (whose quality is more or less comparable to VHS) in the '80s, and many of them were done in the 3D that utilized shutter glasses, but now, many people have converted them to anaglyph (red-blue) 3D. But they usually have hardcoded Japanese subtitles.

But with the Paris Hilton version, it's not a bad movie if you just see it once on HBO or something.

Transformers 2: Rise of the Fa-BLARGH!!!

Sorry, memories of watching it make me puke. In all fairness, it was a decent action flick, but for the life of me, I cannot figure out what age group it made for...

On Saturday night:

I know. What took me so long? I had it since Friday.

Loved it.

Starting on Saturday and finished on Sunday:

Loved it. And FYI, I watched it with the Russian audio. Loved how the subtitles were done, so they weren't just lying there.

I saw Precious this weekend. It's easily one of the most powerful and profound movies I've ever seen. It was incredibly hard to watch. I'm not a man who's afraid to admit when something makes him cry, and this movie made me cry even after leaving the theater.

Watched RocknRolla this past weekend. It wasn't up to par with Guy Ritchie's other movies, especially Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, but it was fun.

I watched Star Wars for the first time in about 5-6 years. I never realized how much of a b sci fi movie the original was. It was still good though. I need to re-watch Empire and Return of the Jedi.
