Video on a 32x cd is actually watchable vs sega cd video which is usually horribly grainy unless its animated. The sega cd 32x versions are superior for sure. If you have both anyway it's the way to go. More colors larger video and it's actually watchable.

I have to add, the cd 32x version of Fahrenheit is also vastly superior to the regular CD version in terms of overall video quality.

It's a real shame that this setup wasn't used by more developers, since it's actually quite powerful, albeit complex. Can you imagine what a CD 32X version of Doom would be like? With a little work, it could have been better than the Saturn version, and definitely the best version of the era [SNES, Jaguar, 3DO].

Or lock-on technology with Sonic CD and Knuckles Chaotix: Sonic CD & Knuckles Chaotix

I'm kidding, though it would be hilarious if they did that.

Ah... a model 1 Genesis on a model 2 CD with a 32X... Just like my setup. I made a tower myself and was so proud.
