Help with All purpose cart

Since I can't seem to get modchips to work in my SS, I decided I'll start buying games. I'm looking for a SS cart that can do the following things: can play all region games, has up to 4MB for games that need it, and can store save games.

I know there are a few carts that can do all this, but I was wondering which cart is the best for the above options and does not require the user to go through a lot of menus. The storing save options is not necessary, since I can buy a separate cart for that.

you can find it on ebay. It does region selection, save states (not in game, but only the official Sega Saturn Mem Card does that anyway), 4meg, 1 meg, AND gameshark codes.
