Hello,
I just want to get opinions of videogamers on this game.
This game is absolutely amazing, to me I can easily say its one of the best games ever, I won't be surprised if they would say it is the best game ever created. Its extremely solid, but I do not see people remembering it.
Did it fail like psychonauts(however its spelled)?
I don't think it got the attention it needs.
The gameplay and graphics are absolute fun.
The story is good too, boss battles are incredible .

I actually think that game was pretty successful. Its absolutely one of the best games for the original xbox. If it tanked I don't think tecmo would have made the same game three times.
Re: Ninja Gaiden Black
I don't have Ninja Gaiden Black, but I do have Sigma which I believe is the definitive version of Ninja Gaiden? I love the Ninja Gaiden series, but saying that it has a good story is laughable. The story in every game was embarrassingly bad. I like Sigma a lot, but I still find the camera is extremely irritating and I never found any of the bosses enjoyable. It's not at all fun to be victim to inescapable grab moves you couldn't dodge in the first place because the camera decided that Ryu needs a god damn colonoscopy immediately. But again, I love Sigma.

Ninja Gaiden: Black is a great game but it can be a little on the difficult side. Sometimes to the point where it's not very enjoyable.

Re: Ninja Gaiden Black
i really wanted to like this game, but after I couldn't beat the first boss after 30 minutes I gave up and never played it again lulz
Re: Ninja Gaiden Black
It's a good action game. I never understood why people think it's difficult, maybe I just haven't gotten to the "hard part" (I just rented it) but it just seems to be a game of trial and error. When you know what to do (or just use the Flying Swallow), the game is easy as cake. Don't get me wrong, the game is challenging (as a game should be), it's just not "BR00TUHLY HARD!" I've also played the demo to Sigma 2 and that wasn't really difficult until I got to the highest difficulty where everything just became cheap bullshit.

I am not sure why every one says this game is hard.
You don't have to play it on extremely difficulty, it was a lot of enjoyable fun.
I honestly find Sonic and Mario Bros.(platformers in general) are a lot more difficult.
The story is not amazing, but its alright. I thought the boss fights were really good.
I am not sure why the masses do not like this game, its pretty amazing in all honesty.

It's the Spider Ninjas and their exploding darts that really piss me off. It's alright if you've got Ninpo (Art of Fire Wheels) to spare. But if you don't, then you're just screwed and you have to constantly do roll attacks

Once you learn the flying swallow and izuna drop, I never found the need to use any other weapon/combo in the game.
