17,800 yen -> $200. Oh dear. Maybe it's worth it, but those cute em ups have never been terribly appealing to me. That being said, I'd totally spend $200 on Cho Aniki

I have it emulated on my PSP and it plays just fine. Much easier than paying a fortune for it, though as an on again off again collector I certainly wouldn't mind owning a copy. I never actually played all the way through, but the little bit of time I put in to it was fun.

To MrPopo, there's a great write up about it on HG101, which is how I first learned about it. Honestly, I really wasn't as knowledgeable about retro gaming as I thought I was before discovering this site and HG101. Tons of little gems I discovered since

I honestly find it quite average. There's no way I'd pay that sort of money for it. It's not a bad game, per se. Just not worth that sort of money.

The Parodius series is funnier. The R-Type, Darius and Thunderforce series are more fun. And you can almost buy all of them combined for less than Harmful Park.
