Swine Flu!!!

Post by Luke »

My wife has it.
Hope I don't.

Maybe I should increase my fluid intake, and by fluid, I mean Heineken.

I have it actually.

My wife is vaccinated but there's a window of opportunity here because she got it the day after I came down with the flu.

Hence the reason I'm currently posting a lot (I'm in quarantine).

Edit: Oh, and best wishes to your wife. It is by no means a pleasant experience.

Yeah, I actually rubbed her tooth brush all over it. Open the package with care, I had her breathe in the envelope too.

Thank you kindly sir. I appreciate that a lot.
Hope you recover quickly.

How long have you had it, and how long do you expect it to last. MLE (my wife) was sick over the weekend, then she felt better until today. It was as if she had gotten over it, then the virus came back with vengeance.

Thanks. I'm going to make her my chicken noodle soup from scratch. Well, I don't make the chicken from scratch, but as far as the stock and noodles go, all from scratch. I'm also buying a can of lysol, hopefully that can help spreading some of the virus.

Thanks to Hobie one two.

I've had it since Saturday and I would say it seemed to peak yesterday. My hope is that I'll mostly be in the clear by Sunday.
