A multiplayer Action RPG, think Daggerfall/Morrowind, with a persistent world. So Daggerfall meets Animal Crossing meets an MMO. You can play it coop, or just leave things around for your friends to find. Steal the Borderlands content generation system for weapons, give it a world the size of ohhh Rhode Island, and create some sort of generator for quests and Ill be set. Just do not put in Cliffracers/rakks unless I get a shotgun.

I'd like to see a proper Phantasy Star V that continues in the same universe/storyline as the original 4 (PSIII not withstanding). If not that, at least a PSIV remake with updated graphics.
