Ok, so I have finally decided that I should start a new topic for this altogether, as I am pulling out my hair.
Here is the situation:
I cannot play Burning Rangers for my US Model 2 Saturn... plain and simple (well, not simple)
I have tried FOUR different images for this game, from snesorama, rom hustler (I think), Coolrom, and dcforums.co.uk
All of the above images are playable until the first stage where you enter the elevator, then the game freezes and the system eventually goes back to the bios.
I have tried the following burning techniques on Nero 7.2.7.0...
I have burned all the games at 4x
I have burned with D-a-O and D-a-O/96
I have burned with Buffer Underrun protection enabled and disabled
I just really want the games to work... I think it is probably a burning problem, because the discs themselves are playable through the SSF emulator.
The other thing I find odd is that I have successfully burned Saturn Bomberman and Earthworm Jim 2, and both games work just fine on the system itself.
Please need help...

question to ask you... when you downloaded this... was it a .rar (or a bunch of .r01, .r02 ,.ro3) files? If so, did it come with a .sfv file. If it did use a sfv checking program to make sure no errors occured during the download.
Now if you burned this the same way you burned my copy of Earthworm Jim 2, with the same brand CD-R and speed and program. I am going to bet anything it is the image you have. People have ripped bad images before.
I know that I downloaded a bad copy of Shining Force 3 and MegaManX4. The problems with them occur so far into the game it was difficult to for anybody to notice unless they played all the way thru.
