Emule Tutorial?

Hey all I came across this site http://download.team-sega.com/index.php?cons=1&page=1 and the only way you can download from there site is via ED2K links. I haven't got really any experence with Emule/Edonkey I click the links and Emule starts up but from then I'm lost to make it start downloading, all I see is a huge list of servers and under the transfers section just a red bar in the downloads. I really dont have a clue how to use Emule properly can anyone help me out?
