That is a rip off! They're obviously trying to cash in on the success of Fallout 3.
There is a commonly available pack with Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactics that you can find at any sort of Best Buy or Fred Meyer type of store for $20. You can also buy this three-pack through Steam for the same price.
At www.gog.com you can buy a DRM-Free digital copy of Fallout for $5.99 and you get a bunch of bonus material like high res desktops, soundtrack, artwork, avatars, and the 205 page Fallout Bible. Same deal goes for Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics.
And if you really want the original release, sealed in a box you can buy it through Amazon for $7.99 (plus $4 for shipping).
