Mario Kart Double Dash: Disc 2?

My copy of MKDD was bought used, and it has a space for a 2nd disc, and says "bonus disc included" (or something like that, I don't have it in front of me). Questions:

1. What's on the bonus disc?
2. Give me the bonus disc?

I have one of those 3 inch discs that's chopped to be business card size that's an ad for a Sony Vaio XG9. You're welcome to have it to plop in there.

Just a quick note, the demo disk is not in the newer copies of Double Dash.
