I already sent a list of 5 or 6 things bugging him the other week. I don't want to bug him again before he leaves as he (probably hasn't had time) to respond to my last message. Space Invaders Extreme 1 & 2 are the only games I have that support it or I can forsee getting anytime soon.Mod_Man_Extreme wrote:It also works with Arkanoid DS and a few other old school titles, most of which were Taito ones.Hobie-wan wrote:Man, I want a spinner, but I can't justify $40+ just to play Space Invaders Extreme with it. I assume SIE2 works with it too? Still that's just 2 games that are nearly the same.
I'd say PM Hashiriya1 and see if he could get you one for cheap.

What do you mean alienate and piss off those customers? How would not releasing a bigger model alienate and piss off customers? The DSi fine, but im referring to the larger model. It seems pointless and just a reason to waste money. And what kind of party would have people gathered around one DS? Haha.Mod_Man_Extreme wrote:They've sold more DS's than the combined amount of the entire GameBoy line, there's no way they're going to alienate and piss off those customers, it'd be corporate suicide.KholdStare wrote:This is fucking stupid. Why do they keep shitting out new DS? Did they run out of handheld ideas? Well I guess since they will keep releasing stupid shit, stupid people will keep buying it.
Plus this isn't a new DS it's just a larger version of the DSi designed for either older people and parties or those who enjoy having a larger screen.

This is old news. I'm waiting for Nintendo's next device. The Nintendo DS-Single Screen XXL Super Monochrome.

What I meant was that they can't release a DS2 or anything of the sort for some time given the current popularity of the standard DS/DS Lite/DSi lineup as customers would instantly think their purchases invalidated by Nintendo with the release of a newer DS.KholdStare wrote:What do you mean alienate and piss off those customers? Nintendo teased us with it after the DS's launch only to let it die a cruel death after the DS Lite picked up all the steam that the Original DS had lost.
