This new technology "can now match and actually surpass the facial animation used in feature film and broadcast television production." Says Valve. It's entirely real-time and in-game, so no tricks are used in the video.

If the previews and interviews are any indication, the developers behind TF2 know EXACTLY how to keep this game balanced and fresh and dynamic for years. They've laid out so many of their plans publicly and I gatta say, I am very impressed at how accurate their touch is on the pulse of online FPS gaming. They know what I want and what I'm worried about. I dont play TFC anymore, and nearly all my reasons for that were mentioned along with their resolutions for each, in a 1up article I saw recently. I'm so ready.Intangir wrote:I'm just hoping it's not a stale spamfest like the first. But I'd be happy if they have some Hunted-style missions as Hunted was the only TFC map I never really got tired of.

I never had a reason to outsmart bullet, I justd conced over them.
But after floating around on several TFC, TF2 and the FF forums, I am begining to have my doubts. It seems like everyone is so full of themselves that the early adoptors are pretty much all going to be pricks. Needless to say they are also all better than you, especially if you dont play in a known clan. This is one of the reasons I switched to UT for a couple years.
And yes I realize that the website forums are not the majority of the game population, but it is a big way to turn people off.
