My question is, is this store REALLY for sale, or is this like that time some Australian guy tried to sell New Zealand on eBay?

I don't know if NZ is actually worth 12 NWC cartridges. How about 12 SMB/Duck Hunt carts?

That sucks that not only he is losing his store, but he cannot for the life of him use a shred of proper grammar. That description made my eyes cry.

Maybe it was going under because of his tone? Yelling at your customers like that all the time PROBABLY ISN'T THE BEST PRACTICE.

Nope. Greenland is cold. And Iceland is green. And east is east and west is west and if you take cranberries and stew them like applesauce they taste much more like prunes than rhubarb does.
