Mugen and Maximus arcade problem

I'm trying to run Mugen on a batchfile on Maximus Arcade and it keeps on saying their is a Error in cfg/data folder. Its strange because it runs the first time and then I exit out of the MA and then I start it up and it gives me an error and doesn't start up at all. Mugen works great by itself without MA, I'm thinking its a configuration problem. I tried to look up this problem in Google and no one seems to have this problem.
