EMS Dual Shooter , is mine busted ?

hi scene , i have a EMS Dual Shooter with multiple Guncon 1's and i cant get it to work right. When i try and configure the Guncon it just will not hit the center of the crosshair , when i shoot the crosshair it configures about 5cms below the center.


is my EMS Dual Shooter busted and yours work fine ?
