I own a 360 personally, wouldn't mind having a ps3, but one thing I have noticed is the video output difference. I noticed that a lot of the games on the ps3 only go up to 720p, versus most games on the 360 being 1080p...this doesn't really make sense to me because I always figured the ps3 would have better graphics and whatnot...small difference, but since I have a really sweet 1080p tv, so why would I only utilize 75% of its potential? Fallout 3 on the 360 is 1080p, but Fallout 3 on the ps3 is only 720p...doesn't make sense to me... But little big planet is a really sweet game, along with ninja gaiden sigma 2

Actually I think the 360 outputs 720p natively (at best) and then just upscales everything to 1080p. By contrast, many PS3 games are natively 1080p (though fewer than I would like, for sure). Am I wrong on this? I can't be bothered to go check...

In any case, this isn't a noticeable difference on TVS under 42" or so. I have a larger screen so I can tell the difference, but it really shouldn't affect most gamers who have smaller or average sized TVs. I think it's funny that they sell 27" TVs with 1080p
