Wait... is that the actual size of the screen? It's freaking huge!! It's likely not going to fit in a pocket, would it? Any other features planned besides the camera and mp3 player?

I haven't upgraded to DS Lite so I may wait for this new DS-i model. The DSiWare is also something I'm interested in. 8)

*sigh* When will Nintendo stop crapping out new DS's...

Although I must say, I love the screen.

Unless your pockets are really small, it might fit. The face may be bigger, but its sides are just as slim as before. I dunno... Still doesn't seem very portable.
Systems: SNES, PS1, GBA SP, Gamecube, DS Lite, Wii, PS3 (Fully Backwards Compatible), Dreamcast, Nintendo 64, Sega Genesis, a Sega CD, and a Sega Saturn.

all these upgrades, and yet the dumbest thing they ever did was take away backwards compatibility. Imagine a DS that played GB/GBC/GBA games.

That would be awesomeness!! How about that plus connectivity to all the stuff the GB/GBC/GBA had? (e.g. link port, IR port, connectivity to N64 and GC, etc.) THAT would be the best thing Nintendo ever did, if they EVER do it (of course they wouldn't, but we can all dream! )

I think I'll be sticking with my old fat DS. Are the CycloDS cards worth buying? My Acekard 2 didn't work when I bought it.

You know with the original DS dropping down to $69 at GS I'm about ready to take the plunge and buy one. I liked the original DS regardless of it's screens due to it's ruggedness and the much more tactile and responsive D-Pad when compared to the later DS Lite/DSi ones prone to jamming on diagonals and rotations.
