Broken Power Switch

hey guys, I have a model 2 saturn and the power switch for it is broken, anywhere to get a standard replacement or...? If i wedge something in the area wherre the button presses down, the console does stay on, but that is just plain tacky

Saturns are so cheap on ebay and in local stores, just buy another. If you have a mod chip or region switch in your old one, buy a new one to use for spare parts.

well i didnt want to buy another saturn, just fix the one i have... if i buy another saturn and get rid of this one, that is one more saturn in the trash and one more closer to no more... gotta think ahead

Well, there's nothing wrong with having one for spare parts. You can't prevent them from eventually wearing out. It's kind of impossible.

There are always broken Saturns on eBay. Mostl likely the power button isn't the issue, so you could get those a lot cheaper.

Which version saturn is it? I have a power switch lying around for a model 2 round button with daughter board.

I don't know the bios version of the switch I have... I'd take a picture, but I don't have a digi cam.

If you can open yours up and take a pic of the power switch I'll tell you if the one I have will fit yours or not.
