Composite:
Genesis/SCD/32X
NES
S-Vid:
Saturn
3DO
Component:
PS2
Xbox
Wii
HDMI:
Xbox 360
VGA:
Dreamcast
I guess component is my often used cable now. All my other consoles aren't hooked up... not enough inputs on my receiver and no real necessity for them as I don't play them as much.
How about audio connections? RF, RCA, HDMI 1.0/2.0 or optical?
I know I use optical on my 360, Xbox, PS2 and the rest all RCA.

Xbox 360: HDMI
Game Cube: component
PS2: component
SNES: S-video
Saturn: composite (though I usually use S-video)
NES: composite
I chose component because I use this the most, as I use my DVD player's component out as well. I want HDMI on my NES!
As for audio, all RCA with the exception of the 360 via HDMI.

technically they fall under it.The Apprentice wrote:I voted RCA/Composite cause I think that's the one RF Adapters fall under.
But at the same time the word composite covers: RF, RCA, component, and S-vid.
But more specifically people tend to agree composite to be the RCA (red white and yellow) connection.
