Which dreamcast game should I get?
Which dreamcast game should I get?
I was considering of buying a new fighting game for dreamcast; street fighter alpha 3 or fatal fury: mark of the wolves. If there is another 2d fighting game, feel free to post it and I'll suggest it.

Marvel Vs Capcom 2 is a given, thats usually what I play.... other than that I play Soul Calibur and I'd recommend it if you don't have it and want a great fighter, although 3d.

I would highly recommend guilty gear and capcom vs snk 2. But there both imports so I don't know if that would be a problem for you.

Re: Which dreamcast game should I get?
I just got soulcalibur this week; I got sidetracked from grandia 2 and been memorizing combos. The other fighters I own are Dead or alive 2, power stone, and street fighter 3: double impact.

Re: Which dreamcast game should I get?
I strongly recommend Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, since it is the best version available and it hasn't seen ports for other systems. Plus, it's a pretty unique game.
Garou, Street Fighter Alpha 3, Street Fighter III: Third Strike, Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and others all have been re-released on other platforms and it's generally cheaper to get them on those.

It was also on the PS1. The game was based on a long running manga from Japan, that is also really cool.jfrost wrote:I strongly recommend Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, since it is the best version available and it hasn't seen ports for other systems. Plus, it's a pretty unique game.

I highly recommend mark of the wolves. Honestly though tons of other great fighters to make sure to get them all!
Re: Which dreamcast game should I get?
I know. I had the PS1 version. But the Dreamcast version is the better one and the game hasn't seen a re-release in later systems (like how you can get MvC2 on the PS2, Xbox, PS3, 360...).Betamax001 wrote:It was also on the PS1.
