What would you buy?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

What would you buy?

Post by Rebz »

Found this on craigslist. Not asking if it's a good deal, I want to play a little game. Guess what I bought from this lot. Hint #1: I spent $50 and there were no discounts. I think it'll be interesting to see what everyone would find valuable.

Super Nintendo - System + Cords + 3 Controllers - $You offer.
Games: -
Zelda: Link To The Past ($15)
Killer Instinct ($10)
Mortal Kombat 1($10)
Mortal Kombat 2($10)
Street Fighter 2($10)
Wing Commander($5)
Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers($10)
Super Mario World($10)
NHL' 95($5)
Ahhh! Real Monsters!($10)
Wer're Back! A Dinosaur Story($10)

Xbox 360 Controller ($20)
[PROTOTYPE] - ($30)
Infinite Undiscovery ($15)
Skate.2 - ($10)

Gameboy Advance system - $10
Games: -
Breathe Of Fire 2 ($5)
Golden Sun ($5)
Pokemon Sapphire ($5)
Madagascar ($5)
Scooby Doo: Mystery Mansion ($5)
Rayman ($5)
Shark Tale ($5)
Bomberman ($5)
Megaman ($5)

Gameboy Color Games:
Dragon Quest Monsters: Coby's Adventure ($5)
Pokemon Silver($5)
Snoopy's Magic Show($5)
Tetris($5)
Metriod 2: Return of Samus($5)
Solar-Striker($5)
Zelda: Orcale Of Seasons($5)

Playstation 2 Orginal w/ Memory Cards + 2 controllers ($30)
NO AV CABLE. I NEED IT. THERE IS A POWER CORD THOUGH.

PlayStation 1 games
Metal Gear Solid ($10)
Tomba ($10)
Oddworld: Abe's Odyssey ($10)
Hot Shots Golf ($10)

If nobody gets it then I'll give some more hints later

Those prices are quite expensive compared to what you pay at car boot sales (or flea markets as the Yanks say). Most SNES and N64 games about £1-£2 each, PSone games 50p-£2 each; etc.

I didn't have any of these games before; also does it matter what systems I have? If it's a good deal then I'd probably pick it up anyways. To either make a quick buck or use as trade fodder

Hint #2: Didn't buy any SNES or 360 games and I bought one system.

Aaron was pretty close with his list. Also I was wondering if anybody here would actually just pick up everything?

The handheld games are pretty decent though. Also do you have any idea why it's called a car boot sale?
