Metal Gear Solid Hack?

I was looking at some images of Sega games and this came up...



It seems like a Mega Drive game, but Metal Gear Solid? It's probably a Chinese hack but it would be interesting to see screenshots of the the actual game.

its probably a waste of time, most of those chinese hacks are usually nothing like the real game

Of course the hack will be awful, but the fun is just that it's interesting to see a game being "de-made" [opposite of re-made] for an older console. I would like to see some screenshots of this.
