I submitted a claim to eBay about it.

And the negatives are rolling in for them. Man, wish I hadn't seen the auction. Sorry I got you dragged in too. :(

Ah, don't worry about it. It's not your fault. Hopefully eBay will get my money back. At least, they better since that's what they claim they do!

If you used Paypal I belive there is a way to get your money back. Good luck guys! Typing of the Dead is an awesome game, so don't give up on buying it because of this loser on eBay!

Honestly, if I get my money back I may not try to purchase it again. I may just download it.

So I submitted my claim to eBay 1 week ago today. Shortly after I submitted it, they sent me an auto-confirm type of email. I have not heard back from eBay yet. No, instead of hearing back from eBay, I actually get an email from eGameUniverse! Got my hopes up though, I opened it and it's an auto-generated email.

Oh I don't think you want me to do that, EGU! I replied to that email saying I never got my item, you never replied to my emails asking about it, I paid for insurance, I want a tracking number!

Wow, that is just ridiculous. It would be one thing for them to not ship the stuff to you, but for them to keep the money as well and then have the balls to send you that e-mail is just insane.

Either something has happened or they've fallen off the face of the earth. There were a bunch of negatives filing in last week from other people wondering where there stuff was. Their ebay account has been suspended since at least the weekend. They never responded to my regular contacts through ebay, nor to the one from Paypal. So I'm waiting for Paypal to do their standard 'give the seller a chance to respond'. Hopefully there will be some money available for Paypal to send to me when I surely get a default judgement since they're obviously not going to respond. :(

Weird... My game came in the mail today. Since I filed a claim with eBay, they emailed me "so did you get it taken care of yet? If not, call this number and we can get your money back" but I've been too lazy to call the number. And then the game comes in the mail today. Why so long?

They sent it in an ordinary bubble envelope so the CD case of course suffered some damage. Kinda defeats the purpose of buying it new. Oh well, at least I finally got the game.
