Yes, the Sega Saturn does have a link cable, but like a lot of older consoles with this peripheral there are only a few games that have a system link mode. There are 8 games on Saturn that have system link:
-Daytona Championship Circuit Edition
-Doom
-Geoblockers
-Gungriffon
-Hexen (accessed through debug mode)
-Steeldom
-Virtual On: Cyber Troopers
-Wipeout
As with all link cable games you'll need 2 Saturns, 2 TV's/monitors of some sort, 2 copies of the game, and if you prefer, special controllers (Twinsticks, 3D controllers, Steering Wheels). For Doom, I'm certain that the Japanese version does have a link-up mode but I don't know about the US/PAL versions, but don't bother with US/PAL Doom since the framerate problems make it unplayable.
