No, actually I don't. How do you fix them in 5 min?Mod_Man_Extreme wrote:You do know that it's literally a five minute fix to get those DC's controller ports back up and running, right?Weekend_Warrior wrote:There goes another Dreamcast huh? lolSpaceBooger wrote:The game held his interest for about 5 minutes, until he decided it would be more fun to pull out and put back the controller plug.
I've gone through two DC's already just because of those god forsaken weak controller port fuses.

Pop open your broken DC's and on the controller port board at the front of the console you'll see a 5ohm resistor marked F1, simply replace and enjoy your now fully working Dreamcast!Weekend_Warrior wrote:No, actually I don't. He's been wearing them since he was 5-months-old and had eye surgery at 9 months of age. He was extremely crossed eyed and far sighted, his lens prescription are +8 on both sides.TheyCallMeTheSwede wrote:I just find it cute that he is wearing glasses.
Now with his glasses he sees great.

Wow, that's pretty damn strong. My sister's in the same boat. She's been wearing glasses since she was very young, since her left eye is nearly blind. The perscription is something like -13 or so. But her right eye is perfect. For a long time she would have to spend a good portion of the day with her right eye patched so that she wouldn't just completely abandon her left eye.SpaceBooger wrote:He's been wearing them since he was 5-months-old and had eye surgery at 9 months of age. Re: Playing Sonic the Hedgehog for the first time.
Yeah, before surgery he had to wear a patch on his "good," or non crossed, eye for 8 hours to strengthen the eye muscles. Now he only has to wear the patch for 1-2 hours a day and will continue to do so until he is 8. But the surgery seemed to work on his crossed eyes.MrPopo wrote:Wow, that's pretty damn strong. Here is some from after the surgery:
