...and money. I just got $10 bucks for participating in a study about gamers at the University of Washington. They had me do this computerized attention task where a blue dot appears on a screen for a tiny fraction of a second before the screen fills with tons of tiny black and white pixels. You had to hit a directional key for where the dot appeared on an 8-point axis. The first few trials, I couldn't even see it, but I adapted after awhile. I got the 8th place high score.

Ahhh, so that's what the study was. Someone mentioned it on our internal gaming email list but I decided the money wasn't worth the time I'd have to spend.

Yes, but were you able to enter your initials on the high score list? Will this game be getting a console port?

Reminds me of when that U.N. game about helping people in disaster zones was put on the Internet a few years ago, and several friends and I would put up clan tags before our initials whenever we played it.lisalover1 wrote:Yes, but were you able to enter your initials on the high score list?
