I remember having one of these as a kid, don't know how I got it (probably a flea market) but did anyone else ever have these?
As far as my memory goes, the cart had legend of kage, circus charlie, balloon fighter, yie ar kung fu, spartan x, battle city, galaxian and a bunch of other fairly well known classic games...

I think that those carts ranged from 6 to like 1 million. Level skip hacks were a pretty cheap way to add more "games".
Besides, we all know that Action 52 is the only real multi-game cart.

I have a 72 in 1 I got when I was fifteen in 1997. A friend of mine who was half-Korean had apparently gotten it from a relative as a gift some time before. I traded him a copy of Punchout and a controller for it, and thought it was the coolest thing in the world. They're not that hard to come by now, but at the time I had never actually seen one in real life.
It's actually sitting in my NES right now. The games I play most on it are probably City Connection, Donkey Kong, Tengen Tetris, and Karateka. I was really surprised that there was a famicom version of Karateka.
That was the same year I encountered an Aladdin Deck Enhancer in the wild. I was so thrilled. That was the year I lived in New York. I never really made awesome finds like that down here in the south.

One of my best friends is from China, every time he goes back to visit I end up getting some crazy 'X in 1' cart.
I've got a few that have dozens of first and second party titles (like Mario/Mega Man/Contra), surprisingly, completely unaltered.
What a missed opportunity, as some Japanese lawyers could have been billionaires.

You say they aren't that hard to come by now? Where can they be found?Limewater wrote:I have a 72 in 1 I got when I was fifteen in 1997.
